Default Please help! Odd freeze/crash

Sys Specs:

G4 - Dual 1 gig
Mix plus System - PCI
OS 9
Protools 5.11? or maybe 5.1.1

I don't know if this is even the right place to ask but my rig crashes, sometimes, when I use audio suite plugins and a couple times it has freezed when I was trying to bounce a track (before it asked where to save the file). I have had an error code 6148 or 6048 I haven't seen it in awhile though. I recently switched out this mix plus system card from another computer (not as fast) to use in this G4. I then reseated to make sure in was in there good. I have no clue what's up...I have a session tonight so maybe it will act up again and I can give more info.

Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right way.
