No Trial License Activation

My iLok account is working fine, but when I try to activate my trial license for Orange Vocoder after inputting my user ID, I get "Unknown System Error"

After Rebooting ProTools, I get this message after trying to Activate:
Internet Activation for purchases is currently disabled.
Please check the DigiStore (http://store.digidesign.com) for alternate purchase methods.

These methods range from a $15 two day license to a $245 puchase price, but "Internet Activation for purchases is currently disabled", so that's not an option either.

Is this temporary or permanent??

After following from the Plug-Ins section on the Digi site, this is the path I took. Did I make a wrong turn??

My bad, I was trying to authorize the demo, instead of TRYing it.

well if you try the velvet and hybrid i bet you it wont work in demo mode or via ilok and digi arent answering in anycase.

When I try to obtain the demo auth for x-form, I have gotten an 'unknown system error" message on the trial authorization page. It has been more than a week, same bat channel each time.

digi can you advise please we need this to work or at the very least send the assets manually to ilok, whats the point having a web form thats not working or no word that its not working either. I want to demo before i buy as you cant buy and return if youre not happy with it. Cmon digi web guys where are you. left message emailed no response not a peep.

ahh still no reply from digi nada im kinda disappointed so i wont bother with velvet nor hybrid now as they cant be bothered to respond.

This should be working now. I confirmed this with Orange Vocoder, X-Form, and Hybrid. Thanks for your patience!
