Default I have a Problem with AvidPlay and the Support!

I have a problem with releasing an Album, which I had uploaded before by an another distributor. Then I wanted to switch to AvidPlay, which requires that I take down all my Music.
Now I am here and wanted to re-release an Album, but it was "disapproved". There is no Message or Mail, which said why.

I only can imagine the problem is that the album was released before.

What can I do now? Can I even publish on the old name?
And why is the Avid Support not available for these things. I need a System ID, which I don't have, to even Contact Avid!
You, Avid, make it really hard for people who needs help.
