Registration issues - SOLVED

Hello all,

I purchased PT 10 (boxed version) February 8, 2013, and completed Registration with Avid on February 9, 2013. I received a Registration Confirmation number from Avid via Email that contains the Product Serial Number, Reg ID etc.

I've noticed in my Avid Account the only listed registered products are;

BF Tel-Ray plug-ins and Reverb One Plug-in.

PT 10 is not listed.

I've been using PT 10 ever since with no problems.

Today I tried to purchase an Upgrade to PT 11 (not HD) from Sweetwater, but I was notified by Sweetwater that there is a problem with the order.

I suspect this may have something to do with my PT 10 not showing-up on
my Avid account.

I assume PT 10 should be listed! Correct? Will I have to purchase an ASC to straighten out this issue?

OK, after further searching of the DUC I learned that a Boxed Version registration WILL NOT show-up in "Your Products" in my Avid account.

Sorry to waste anyone's time.
