Default Avid HD I/O 16X16
Hey all, The first of the year I'm leaning toward to upgrading my Apogee ad16x or my 192... I really like the way these converters sound, will I notice an improvement with the new Avid 16x16, Is it worth it?

Yes. According to virtually everyone who's used it, it's a noticeable improvement.

I just went from a Omni to a 16X16 (analog) and it sounds much better. (I know they are supposed to have the same converters but........)

I went from a 192 to an HD I/O 16x16 last year and it wasn't a subtle improvement.

Everyone pretty much agrees on this topic . The newer 16x16 really sound great. at least to me. Huge improvement on the 192
