Hybrid plugin not Showing

So I downloaded the hybrid 1.6 plugin and I received a free activation from the course I am taking, it offers a free plugin from Avid.
I went to the Avid website started the process, went to the Ilok account to
Download the license to the ilok for use. So the hybrid license shows up on the Ilok, however when Pro Tools 10 is launched on my Mac OS X 10.6.8 the Instrument does not show under my instrument section. I have restarted the application many times and still no sign of the plugin even though it's license for use anyone know why this is happening?
