Downgrade from PT HD12 to PT Vanilla12?

Apologies if this may have been answered elsewhere but:

Avid have notified me of plan renewal costs for my PTHD 12 due end Aug. I do not want to continue with a HD licence and would prefer to 'side-grade' or 'downgrade' to PT Vanilla. I see no options to do this, and also wrote to Avid c/- my supposed, paid-for support plan. No answer.

Can anyone advise if they are aware if this is possible or not? It would appear that Avid policy is 'no', or if that is incorrect, they seem to have hidden it well.

There are no way of downgrading an HD license to a non HD license and vice versa.
