Default A few weird/annoying bugs with my Artist Mix

Hey guys,

I have two artist mixes and an artist control going into a netgear router, into my mac pro. The system works great except for one of the artist mix units.

I will have a session open, give it 30 minutes and one of the artist mix units will freeze, the faders will become locked into the tracks they are on and when I bank through my tracks, the other two units work fine but the one artist mix just stays where it is. This same unit also will not power down after this happens - the only way to get it to power down is to physically unplug the adapter. Thanks for checking this out!

Chris

What DAW are you running ?

FWIW I've never had this with my 3 Mixes using Logic.

I am using Pro Tools 10.0.0 on OSX 10.7.3

I just made sure all units have the most current firmware.

Any ideas?

Chris

I think you have a network problem. Try switching the cables of the two mixes. If that doesn't help try changing the ip address or something. Sounds like the mix is crashing during a network error
