Mbox lights all lit

Hello

I'm having some issues with my Mbox. Looks like whenever I hook up my Mbox via USB to my computer all the lights stay lit. When I click on my Pro Tools software to run it, it says that it cannont find the Digidesign Hardware, and for me to plug it in and try again. Is there some kind of way to reset my Mbox so that it goes back to it's previous state? I do recall that I ran a firmware upgrade that wasn't for my Mbox, and didn't realize this until half way of the install. Can someone help, Please! Thank you.

Your mBox is stuck in Firmware update mode. You need to re-run the firmware. It's located at:

C:\Program Files\Digidesign\Pro Tools\Pro Tools Utilities\MboxfirmwareUpdater.exe

Why on earth were you running any firmware updater? The firmware updater typically runs when the software is installed, and never needs to be run unless there is a problem.
