Loading driver 2.62 get 3 errors midi keyboard and error installing driver5

What that's all about.

I'm coming from an 002 were is the quick button to from mix to edit window?

also when I load it onto to avid doesn't work either
anyone out there?
was it a mistake to get this knobby expensive mouse?

Artist control
the drivers give me errors when I'm installing. So even before I get the thing running get those errors

I've uninstalled and installed 3 times nothing!
error are

InstallFailed!
KeyboardInstaller
Install Failed
KeyboardInstaller
Error Instaling Driver 5

The artist Control sort works
Cant tell
also how to I switch from mix to edit with this thing
on the 002 its on button

Still nothing..... how about a simple question how can I switch from edit to mix window with this thing....
