Pro Tools Perpetual License Disappeared from ILok Account

Hi I teach music technology. I don't use Pro Tools often at home but I do have a perpetual license and I wanted to see what is new in the latest version before the school year starts. I tried to open Pro Tools for the first time since I renewed my annual upgrade and support plan in June but Pro Tools said it couldn't find my perpetual license on my iLok or in the cloud. I opened the iLok license manager and the license is not showing anywhere in my iLok account. I have owned Pro Tools since at least 2009 and have never experienced this issue before.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
