Default Plug Ins "not in folder"

Win7; PT Mp 9.0.5; 6g ram
Been using PT for many years;

Had to replace hard drive; fresh install of Win7 and everything else. Have been using Meek bundle for about 5 years....... with new installations of ALL softwares on my computer....

When I open PT... I get this message regarding Meekqualizer and Meek Compressor "no valid authorization could be found; the Ilok key was not connected or plugin was damaged"

Ilok keys were installed successfully BEFORE I re-installed meek bundle. So the ilok is working. How in the heck am I to know if the meek plug-ins are damaged?????? I have re-installed Meek Bundle SEVERAL TIMES so please don't suggest that.
So frustrating. Anyone have any ideas?

Happy new year!

And you did a clean Pro Tools install after installing Windows 7? And that Pro Tools install is on the boot/system (normally C:) drive that the system is running from?

Is the version 11 plugins bundle even supposed to install RTAS versions of these plugins?

EDIT: and the obvious answer is no, The v11 installer only contains AAX plugins. You need an older installer with RTAS support.

I am not technical ... so I hope this makes sense
protools is installed here: (this tree of folders)

c drive
program files 86 (NOT program files) (I don't know the difference)
Digidesign
ProTools

after reading your post... I deleted bundle 11 and re-installed an older version I found on a backup drive.........still getting "not found" message (plug ins)

AND... now trying to close PT so I can re-boot and see if plug-ins are there..and new message on screen is

COULD NOT COMPLETE THE EXIT COMMAND BECAUSE ACCESS VIOLATION OCCURRED... UNABLE TO READ LOCATION 0X2065766F

Cannot close / exit ProTools. Will have to do re-boot of computer.

OH MY GOD. Do you have ANY idea why that is happening?
