Default Importing Session from HD to LE Start point all messed up

I was able to import a HD (96khz) into LE (48.1khz) without issues. However the starting location is all screwy. Its like placing it at 80 minutes into in the time line? The measure #'s are fine, but when I hit rewind it goes in negative #'s. like -5000.

How do I correct this?
Thanks for any help.
