Keyboard Shortcuts

Does anybody know of a source where I can get a list/sheet/table of keyboard shortcuts for the D-Show software?

Hi Chris,

To be honest there aren't a lot of keyboard shortcuts, because the system is intended to be driven primarily from the console surface and trackball/mouse. The few shortcuts that are available were covered in this thread.

Here's one more shortcut that relies on the keyboard...

To quickly clear all plug-ins from all racks with a single command:
1) Put the console into CONFIG mode
2) While holding the keyboard SHIFT key, click on the pulldown arrow on the right side of any plug-in slot, as if you were going to add or change a plug-in.
3) Choose "Clear All Racks" from the menu.

Please feel free to make suggestions for future shortcuts!

There is no next project or next song option in LE. The closet thing is Open Recent Session with the following key commands, Control+Shift+O (Windows) or Command+
Shift+O (Mac).



Well, it looks like the person who asked about key shortcuts for LE has taken down his post and now I look like an idiot! Sorry guys.

Got to agree with you chris. Shortcuts would be useful, particularly when using standalone. eg the ability to look at a channel in the input view then flick thru snapshots to monitor its changes without having to skip to the snapshots view. Or is this possible???

Not possible today but I agree it's a great idea. In the meantime, when working with the Standalone software I use the computer's functions keys to toggle through the various pages (F1 = input, F2 = Outputs, etc.). That, in addition to the Snapshot shortcuts (Ctrl+R to recall, Ctrl+S to store, etc.) can help speed things up.
