Pro Tools 6.4 LE causing crash
Had the same problem many others on this forum have had...Bought an HP Pavilion a1430n with Media Center and had crashes over and over. Found out LE is not compatible with Media Center, so I bought XP Home and installed it. Now when I go to open Pro Tools by double clicking on the icon, my computer crashes. Am I missing some drivers or do I need something else?

Re: Pro Tools 6.4 LE causing crash
This is a known issue with Windows XP Servive Pack 2. You MUST upgrade to PTLE 6.4cs9 and update your PACE drivers. This assumes you are still on a Digi001 interface. If you have an Mbox, 002 or 002R, then you might considering upgrading to 7.1cs9.
