Default corrupted midi file?

i recieved a midi file, wich was done in a pc.
routed out a couple of midis to get some sound,
record a guit, and when i save and close session, everything fine
but then it says, pt quit unexpectedly, only this session from bunch i have,
and always leave caches, it's(the session) working fine,
but when i quit, appears that message (i know i can unable it)
could the file be corrupted? never happened before.
i mean it have happened before that it quits unxpectedly,
but in this case, it not even quiting, the message appears
after i'm finished with the session and already saved.
but always appear.
