consolidation
hi, since i've upgraded to 6.4 in XP, everytime i consolidate tracks, i can't see the waveform unless i zoom in about 8 times or more. otherwise it looks blank. all the audio is there, and it seems to sound fine and work properly, but it makes mixing and editing a hassle. i avoid consolidation as much as possible, but sometimes it's unavoidable when sending tracks back and forth to other studios. anyone else had this problem?
thanx, george. |

Re: consolidation
How much physical RAM do you have installed? Which version of Pro Tools and which OS? Any other apps running at the same time?

Re: consolidation
be patient - the waveform display is calculated after consolidation and it takes a moment.
