Default Invalid Account Error When renewing Upgrades and Support plan

I hope this is the right section for this.

My Upgrades and Support plan expires tomorrow and I'm unable to purchase the renewal because of an error during checkout. I've attached a screenshot of the error page.

I've been playing email tag with support for the last couple days trying to figure this out but time is running out.

I've tried clearing my cache, cookies and history and I've tried using Google Chrome, all at the recommendation of support. None of that worked.

Anyone else experience this? Know of a remedy?

Thanks,
Zach
