Importing MIDI problem
I've seen this in two consecutive sessions now. The MIDI file was exported from a Digital Performer 7.22 project and imported into Pro Tools 10 via File > Import.
In the first image you can see odd little bars at the beginning of each note. When I zoom in, you can now see that there's a little note with an "X" underneath the actual note. This causes my VIs to misfire all over the place. And, in this session, it looks like it is on EVERY NOTE. This is clearly not working as intended... Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to not have to delete each "X" note individually. And I did the work once already to perform the MIDI. It's a 6 minute piece, I don't want to do it again. Thanks very much for the help! Cory |

Re: Importing MIDI problem
What do the events look like in the Midi Event List?
You can delete events in the list, so if it comes down to it, that may be the quicker way to do so
