Hey Eddie I sent a video awhile ago, any news as to what is causing this issue. Like I said I get the same issue not only in my home studio but in other studios as well. did you check out the video I sent?

We don't know what's causing this. Do you have eye mode ? We have the new release coming possibly net week. Lets see if that cures it as we made a lot of changes to the Softkeys.

Thanks for the reply, and No I do not have Eye Mode active. it's never been active. And as I've iterated before this happens on completely unrelated systems as well. Hoping the new release fixes the issue if not you'll be hearing from me again with a new video file.

Is this with the same Appset by chance? Weird that you would see this on multiple systems....and you are the only one ever to see this!

Regarding the app set, thats actually an interesting question.
Ive created numerous appsets from scratch and have seen the issue happen. I can give that a try again and delete all custom user app sets and see if that makes a difference but i highly doubt it. When I work in a differnet studio i never copied over my custom app set but created a whole bunch of new soft key commands and the same issue cropped up. I'll do the experimemt again at home with a default base set and delete my profile setting before and see if it keeps happening.
