Default Pro Tools 8 in sync with Redrum in Reason 3

I have a couple projects recorded in pro tools 8 to which i sync a drum pattern in redrum, sounds fine for the first few bars and all of a sudden the first beat of the drums starts to skip.
Have been emailing back nad forth with a reason tech, he doesn't know whats goin on.
Anybody ever experience this?

Thanks
