Cannot login on my account on AVID
Hello,
I used to login onto my account and now I am not able. I do not have a master account and when I try to create one, a message appears saying that my email is already in the system. What do I have to do? Also if I hit the forgot password process, I receive an email and also cannot login. Thanks, Miguel
