No Response from Avid Support
Hi, thanks for any help.
I've been waiting 30 days for a response to my support ticket, any idea why I'm not getting a response, is the support poor or has something gone wrong? I'm on a Pro Tools subscription and think support is included and was one of the main reasons I went to subscription. Many thanks |
