HD Native w192s LOSING SOUND OUTPUT

Hi Everyone!

I have a Mac Mini with HD Native card in Magma ExpressBox 3t connected by TB3
(Chassis also houses UAD Octo Card) 192HD & 192 connected by Digilink cables.

Im losing Audio output with no error message.

Rig will be running fine then output disappears. Cursor is still running in session with output still showing on master bus fader in PT but no signal reaching 192s.

I have to restart computer in order to reset then will be fine again until next time.

Currently happening 5-10 times/ day. Sometimes runs for hours before happening, sometimes 10 mins. I restart and sometimes 5 mins later happens again.

Its been happening for maybe a year but used to be occasionally, now constant.

When it happens, UAD card is still connected and communicating. Have swapped slots in chassis with no difference.

Have swapped digilink cables, used different digilink ports, swapped 192s - no difference.

Only happens when using HD Native Playback Engine, USB interface is fine.
Also happens when using Dolby Atmos renderer as playback engine with Renderer then using HD Native Playback.

Also re-installed all plug ins.

Have previously changed PT version and still happened.

Spoke with support and they wanted me to try a different computer but don't have that at available.

Digi test shows no problems when its working, after losing signal it says something like loop test failed (sorry if that's vague)
