Please, could an avid developer give us the solution to recover windows corresponding to keyboard shortcuts (cmd) ⌘0 to (cmd) ⌘9.
I have lost the display of these windows since installing version 2022.9 and none of the new version has changed anything. You can see the command running in the menu bar, but the floating windows no longer appear.
Thank you

Same problem here with Protools Ultimate 2022.12.0 on OS X Monterey 12.6.2

The shortcut "Elastic properties", "Alt + 5" doesn't work too, so the problem isn't only with "cmd".

The problem seems to be the Azerty keyboard. I'm french and work on an azerty keyboard. When i switch to a US-Qwerty keyboard, the shortcuts works very well.

Same problem here with French AZERTY keyboard.
I tried several Pro Tools Versions and several OS and it's still not working on Pro Tools 2022.12 and Mac OS Ventura 13.2

Also ctrl= doesn't work to open midi editor, it works only if i use the "=" key from the numpad

this is very frustrating...

Hello,

I have the same issues. I'm on a french version of Pro Tools and an AZERTY keyboard.
I find something.
For example "cmd 5" doesn't work except if the Window menu is selected.
When I open the Configuration/Shortcuts and search "memory location" there is two shortcuts names "memory location" and one with the assigned "cmd 5" shortcut. If I switch the shortcut, it works (but on the Window menu, the "memory location" looks like there is no shortcut).

Sorry for my english.

Hope it will help.

Hi,
nothing fixed with this version 2023-3.
I edited shortcut and i can work.
All you have to do is to edit yours shortcuts.
But if i comeback to 2022-07 things works well without do anything ...

Scheron : i saw what you explained. Edit you shortcuts one by one ... and you can work. En attendant mieux :)

Feal

This problem is a nightmare.
Philippepad, where do you edit your shortcuts ? In OSX or in ProTools ? In PT, it doesn't work for me (or i do something wrong).
