Default Phoenix II compatibility (M2 Ventura)

Hello all. Just got a new laptop (MB Air M2, Ventura) and found that Phoenix crashes Pro Tools on this system. It works fine on my main system (2018 Mini, Ventura). I'm running PTs on the Air in Rosetta. Is this a known incompatibility? I tried installing the Phoenix II Beta, but it wasn't showing up as an option in Pro Tools after installing.

When you tried to install the II beta...

Did you see the non-signed installer warning? Did you approve that in Systems Settings>Privacy and Security>Security? Crane Song really needs to not be doing this sloppiness.

Then after the installer runs confirm the new .aaxplugin actually is installed in the plugin folder.

Then confirm you see that plugin load in Pro Tools during Pro Tools starts up.

Any problems then trash prefs, especially the plugin cache file.

Trashing prefs did the trick Darryl. Thanks! Of course, since that forced PTs to rescan, I found a boatload of other plugs that were then were crashing PTs at startup til I cleaned them out. All better now though.

Now starts the round of e-mails to plugin manufacturers asking how soon (or if ever) they will support Apple Silicon. Good times. At least my studio computer (humble 2018 Mac Mini) is still functioning (even in Ventura).
