Virtual Katy VS. Change Note Assistant

Hey guys, anyone have any opinions on EDL conform tools... Need one, & looking for any feeback regarding the only 2 products I know ... Virtual Katy & Change Note Assistant... Anyone have experience with either or both & care to share.... Or know of anything else better, Thanks Y'all

I saw a Virtual Katy demo and, if you need that sort of thing in your work, it's hard to imagine a better product.

I have no idea about the cost or user base size or available support... but it looked to me like a major timesaver.

We have examined Virtual Katy, Change Note Assistant, Edit Trace and Titan.

VK is nice, but very expensive; especially when you consider that it is a Filmaker application that needs PT to work. C.N.A is also doing the job.
We decided on Titan. It doesn’t require Pro Tools and is reasonable priced. A few times we have experienced problems that we solved using the freeware and “pay per use” change list service form Edit Trace.
Usually we generate the change lists ourselves.
