ilok not working

One of my iloks stop working today and it happens to be the one with a majority of my plug ins. The light comes on, but when I launch PT, the licenses are not there. When I go to my account it cannot see the ilok. Any suggestions or am I going to have to send to PACE and pay out the rear?
