Problem With Bank Scrolling

I'm having a new problem that began ever since I upgraded my Mix System to HD 7.4.

Bank Scrolling Right does not scroll to the next 8 tracks. Instead, if I'm on Track 1 and Bank Scroll Right, I'm taken to Track 6, every time.

Any help please?
