Mbox mini input problem

just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem...

every time i create a new track in any session in pro tools, the track automatically sets the input to "Input 2".

i've gone into the I/O setup and deleted the current path and chose the default path, and yet every track gets set to Input 2.

any idea how i can fix this?

I have that prob too. When i create multiple tracks one of them will always be line 2. I was told that it happens becuase the mini has 2 inputs. But I think that would be okay if some1 using 002 or 003 got the same problem when they open up 8 tracks and they are assigned 1 - 8..... So your not alone in that one...
