Default Logic\'s Digi001 (it works fine, but i want it finer)

I can run logic now perfectly fine... but that latency for audio bugs me heaps!
Is there any way i can monitor it without goin through the software or reduce the latency on the audio? (latency is bout 100ms)

VSTInstruments work very fine with logic, no latency at all..

help someone!!

and it hangs sometimes.. i wish it didnt do that on a big project! just stops working and i have to reboot it
