Drum Loops w/ Recycle & PT?
I'm new to using loops. What is the best way
that people use them in PT? I have recycle and it seems a great program, but you can't bring in the REX files into PT so that you can make tempo changes without shifting pitch. Anyone have any ideas? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on Loop sites or c.d.s. I don't have a sampler so I'm only bringing them in and "repeating" many times in the seq. Thanks in advance for any tips to a loop-newbie. KW |

Re: Drum Loops w/ Recycle & PT?
For direct support of REX files you have to switch to Cubase and forget about ProTools. If you don't want to do that, your best bet is a SampleCell, which is supported by ReCycle and can be digitally integrated into a TDM system (if that's what you have).
