I don't any M Audio or Digi Design hardware model but i only have Pro Tools 10.0.0 for Students.

My problem is that when i try to open Pro Tools an error message appears saying 'missing iLok authorization for Po Tools 10 please insert iLok and restart Pro Tools'.

I have verified my Pro Tools 10.0.0 and opened avid account and i have received my Serial Number for my Pro Tools 10.0.0 for students but i have forgotten my username and password for my avid account and the avid website is dragging me back and forth when i try to retrieve my password and username, so i can't do the necessary changes to my account if needed.
I have also opened an ilok account and my iLok has already been synchronized to my account and on my iLok account there is message saying 'iLok Newly Registered To Ofentse Morris.This ilok doesn't have any licenses yet.'

I don't have a Redeem code, where and how do i get it? I even went on youtube for help and they directed me to a website called slatedigital.com did not help cause they only deal with hardware and they redirected me to the avid website.
I went to youtube again and i was redirected to a website called www.antarestech.com/iLok as i thought i was on the right track, i entered all the requirements they needed but as soon as I submitted the information an error message appears saying 'your registration code/Serial Number is invalid please carefully re enter it again' so i did and it kept popping the same error message over and over again.
So I have no clue on what to do to solve this because can somebody help me with this ASAP.

It sounds like you haven't activated Pro Tools yet so that the license gets sent to your ilok.com account. Take a look at this article.

If you have questions or need help with the ilok authorization process in general there are helpful FAQs at www.ilok.com.

If you can't locate your activation code please contact customer service directly through their web portal. Customer service can help you sort this out.
