free upgrade to pro tools 10 from Pro Tools 9.0 Crossgrade from LE Student

Hello,
I'd like to upgrade from Pro Tools 9.0 Crossgrade from LE Student to Pro Tools 10 and was wondering if I am eligible for a free upgrade since I am still a student and bought the student version (of PT8 with the crossgrade at the same time about 18 months ago). I didn't receive an email from Avid. If I am not eligible for a free upgrade can anyone tell me what my cheapest/best options are?

If you purchased the Student crossgrade from LE to PT9 then you should be eligible for 5 years of free updates. Have you checked if you have any downloads available on your online Avid account? If there's nothing there, maybe send Avid an email.

I have checked my accounts "Your Products" and "Products not yet downloaded" but there's no upgrade to PT10 visible. I've been looking for an E-mail address to contact AVID but can't find any. Please help

I was able to reach Avid by phone thru my local Music Store and the upgrade is sorted. Yipii Thanks for your reply

How exactly does one send Avid an email? I've tried their contact page, but never seem to get any kind of replies....
