waves ver 2.8 installed but not showing up

waves ver 2.8 installed but not showing up

I have the same situation on NT and Win 2000
I have installed Ver 2.8 with the dongle of Spinal tap and the ren. equalizer. At protools startup I can see the waves being loaded. It doesn't show up in the insert selection or the audiosuite area. I've contacted waves and they have been working on it for a couple of weeks. Anyone run into the same situation?
