I'm running an MTPAV USB with an older serial MTPAV networked to it. I'm running a MixPlus system on a G4 733 but it should be ok with PTLE also. I haven't done much sequencing yet but there is no noticeable latency. I can play the Virus plugin from my Triton and it sounds great.
