Default Default plugins that exist in 10 missing from 11

I recently installed PT10 and 11 on my new Windows 10 machine.
The default plugins (Dyn3, EQ3, D-Verb etc.) do not show in PT11 but they do in PT10.

The machine I used before had both installed and had all of the default plugins on both.

Anybody have any idea what would be causing this?

This might be the handful that changed in the move to 64 bit(PT 11). EQ III didn't change, but the 4-band version disappeared(just use the EQ III 7-band), Not sure on the others as its been a long time. Dverb did change, as did the Delay plugins(used to be short, medium, long and extra-long, but later they were combined into a single delay plugin).

Remember that PT10 uses RTAS and AAX32 only, while PT11 uses only AAX64(IOW, plugins are not interchangeable between these 2 version of PT).
As for Dyn3, after hearing it "naked" in a recent youtube demo, that plugin is not likely to ever get used in any of my projects again as it sounded ugly(swap it for most any other compressor for an improvement) At some point, Dverb gained a chorus effect that many dislike(not sure when), so you may be better off moving to another reverb. These days, the only thing I do with Dverb is run it mono on electric guitars
