Default Anyone using G5 Dual 2.3gig with 32bit Magma Chass

I'm looking at a great deal on a demo, factory warranty G5 Dual 2.3gig for $1600. This is not the Dual Core PCIE model. I'm looking for an upgrade from my Quicksilver dual 1gig that will allow me to use my 32bit Magma PCI chassis which houses my HD Core, HD Accel, and 3 HD Process cards in which all are PCI. I see on Digi's site that the 2.3's and 2.7's that were built around April 2005 may have problems initializing the cards. Any help from you all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Randy

Thanks for you reply Valeri,
I talked to Digi today and they said everything should be fine with my 32bit Magma chassis and the new G5 Dual 2.3 PCI-X machinte that I just found at a local store here also. $1600 with Apple factory warranty and everything!!! It's a better deal than eBay right now! I'm exited!
Thanks,
Randy
