Eleven Mk II $499

I'm after an AAX-DSP guitar sim to run on Carbon. bx_Rockrack is not yet AS native, and perhaps they will never get round to it. Eleven MK II is, however, fully AS native and the only other AAX-DSP sim I can find. I tried it last night and it's got a few really good sounds that suit me.
However, it's part of the Avid sub bundle, and I'd prefer to buy it outright. I don't like the idea of having to subscribe forever to my guitar sim. The only place that has it on sale seems to be Sweetwater for $499. Avid don't allow you to buy it on their website, a bit like how HEAT disappeared (but is now back).

So, are there any other options?

I have extra license bundle (eleven, eleven LE, eleven MK II) for three activations, make me an offer.

Isn't it just part of the Perpetual/Support Plan license!? So as long as your license stays up to date it won't go away.

I am in the same boat as you with not having any options for AAX DSP guitar sims, now that all the PA amp sims I have no longer work in Apple Silicon Native.
I actually own all of the PA Guitar/Bass amp sims. Eleven MKII is ok but each instance takes up an entire DSP chip.

So does many other plugs. Back in the TDM days one convolution reverb could have eaten a whole card, and because it sounds so bad I dont mention the name that begins with an A.

That's the same as paying a sub as far as I'm concerned. If I don't keep paying, my guitar amp disappears.

I don't and won't pay subscription for anything that isn't a service. So, Dropbox, iDrive, iCloud - yes, I get an ongoing service. Software, no. Not Microsoft Office (I bought Mac Office 2019), not Adobe, nothing.
If I didn't have a Carbon, and therefore a perpetual license, I would abandon PT.

Yes, IMHO the one good UAD amp is the Fender 57 and that takes a whole DSP chip too.

While I can understand wanting to take advantage of AAX DSP and I still love my Eleven Rack hardware unit and plugins, my latest thing is IK Multimedia Tonex. I just bought the pedal which includes the Tonex Max software ($399( and the capture box ($199) which allows you to make your own captures from your own gear. For amp and distortion stomp sounds, I'm blown away by the quality and I love the free (and paid) user captures.

For effects, there are just so many great options but I think Helix's native plugin is really good, I like Positive Grid's FX2 Elite plugin and Overloud's TH-U.

Wish someone would fix the Eleven rack hardware editor to work on Mac Silicon and Windows 11. Keep dreaming.

I'm with you 100% re: ElevenRack support for Apple Silicon.

Still my favorite guitar gizmo (& software) and I've owned/used all the likely alternatives: KPA, AxeFX, NeuralDSP, IKM, Line6 etc.

I would be beyond thrilled if I could use my 11R with my new MBP w/PT integration.
