Native Python Implementation

Hi Everyone-

I've dashed-off a quick native Python client that connects to Pro Tools through the RPC interface. It's very much a start and there's a ton of implementation to do so I welcome anyone to give this a try and submit some tickets (and hopefully some PRs too!)
