viewing grid through waveform
is there a way to adjust the transparency of the waveform while in grid mode so the grid is visible through the waveform? i can see the grid where there's nothing recorded but it's blocked by the waveform wherever there is one. please help

Re: viewing grid through waveform
Unfortunately you can't.
If looking at the cursor position at the top as you move isn't good enough, the way I do it is to add an empty MIDI track above the track I'm editing so I can see the grid lines.

Re: viewing grid through waveform
It really is about time Digi allowed us this option.. makes editing to grid SO much easier in Nuendo..

Re: viewing grid through waveform
Set your grid values and then got to slip mode. YOu won't get it to "SticK" to the note and you will, ,most likely, only see quarter note lines, bat after placing a bunch real close and having the quarter note nudge values set to that. Then you could capture your moved selection and hit snap to grid (put it back in grid mode and you might have a bit of a shortcut, work around as it is. Just a theory...Good luck
