muliple sample rates
If I import Drums on Demand 24bit loops into a 24bit session.
Can I import 16 bit loops also. The reason I ask is I just did it in Acid and they work and keep their originol tempo. I thought you could not mix samplerates. I'm not at my PT setup so I can't try it yet. Thanks |

Re: muliple sample rates
No.
Audio that are not of the same sample rate or bit depth as a session must be converted. |

Re: muliple sample rates
Hold on a moment Bobbers.
Poster was confused with bit depth vs. sample rate. And yes..you can open a 16bit file in a 24 bit session. good luck,

Re: muliple sample rates
Lemix, you are correct I was confused between samplerate and bit rate.
I know you can't mix sample rates. My question was can you mix bit rate files in one session. |
