Received this and replied. Looking in my user account it seems I'm now active with the Avid Support Plan but there is still no download link to PT's 10 HD. Can you please supply the download & forward the iLok asset now please?

I have emailed [email protected] 4 times over 4 weeks now and have not received a reply yet. I have no idea what to do next.
I purchased the PT 9 HD to PT 10 HD upgrade on 10/23/11 Order ID: #2616225 for $999 from the Avid Store. Since then, Matt Gutnik made an offer that it would be possible to purchase the support plan for $599 to avoid paying the $999 upgrade price. I would like to do so I can save $400. I would like a refund to my credit card of $400 from my original order. Is there anyone out there that can help me? No replies to email in 4 weeks.

Ok so I have loaded a temporary Pro Tools 10 HD license on my iLok & I've downloaded & installed PT's 10 but when I launch it, I get this.. "error missing ilok authorization for "Pro Tools 10". Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools".
I've tried everything, I've reinstalled the iLok drivers & client software, I've re-sync'd to iLok.com to confirm the license is there & is valid until the 1st of December. I've tested other applications which use the iLok & they function correctly but not PT's 10, it doesn't want to know about it. I did get a second license called 'Pro Tools 10' which I just assumed was the stripped down native license? or do I need to load that as well as the HD one to my iLok as well? [Edit] took the punt and loaded the 'Pro Tools 10' ilok license as well as the 'Pro Tools 10 HD' license & it now seems to be working ok. |

Seems like roll out is slow. So, basing it off others, I guess I'll receive my full license by the weekend.

After purchasing the PT 9 HD to PT 10 HD upgrade on 10/23/11 for $999 and wanting to get a refund for $400 and switching to the Avid Support Plan for $599 I just got the License Return/Removal ilok from Avid Customer Success. Great now I can't launch PT 10 HD. So what now? I have to wait for a new iLok of PT 10 HD The Support Version? This is just a crazy way to handle this.
If anyone at Avid is listening, I need immediate help. I have people coming to my studio this weekend and I need to be able to launch Pro Tools 10 HD. Please send me an ilok for it. Thanks. Justin Arey
