Carbon Ultimate/Autotune Promo

What's the best way to contact AVID on registration/promo issues? I didn't get the choice to extend my Ultimate (no qualifying product error) vs the new vanilla with perp parachute, and I didn't get the Ultimate license, either.

I DO see the AutoTune, though, so the promo seems to have hit my account...

Yes, I bought mine in December 2020 but couldn't get it registered until January 2021, so I hope I'd still be considered an early adopter

Cool, I finally registered for my 3 months of free Autotune hybrid last week, as I needed it on a job, and was wondering if I'd have to pay full price to keep it.

quick question:

I just received my Carbon and I want to take advantage of the current AutoTune / Ultimate Perpetual offering in order to have a full second license of Ultimate (that I may wish to sell at some point).

When registering the hardware I have two options:
1. Activate new ProTools 1-Year subscription for Carbon (includes perpetual parachute)
2. Extend my existing ProTools by 1 year - view options (does not include perpetual parachute)

what to do?
