A non-issue for me. I use 3 monitors (edit/mix/other) and a Kensington trackball set to a pretty fast speed. I open/close/move plugs to whichever monitor as needed. I usually don't clutter-up the "edit" screen with plug windows. I open most plugs on "other" & "mix". For me, the plug windows (& video window & other misc Pro Tools panels) are in a constant state of flux. My 2 cents!
