PT 8 HD - New Plugins NOT TDM Plugins?

i am still on the fence about upgrading my 003 to an HD3 system.
but i heard somewhere that the new plugins that come with PT 8 (as well as Eleven LE) are rtas plugins..

if this is true, will there be any RTAS to TDM upgrades anytime soon?
i wanna make sure i have whats best for a new owner of an HD3 system.

Also, i know Eleven, is an rtas plugin, and the "free" version comes with protools 8.. does anybody know if there will be a TDM plugin of this as well?
i use eleven alot and it takes up alot on my mac pro (running other PT8 instruments as well)

All Rtas on'eim my friend... really, with ur comp & the 003, unless u need more i/o for live tracking or if u have a ton of outboard gear, u dont have a reason to upgrade @ all TBO...
