Default PT 9.06 and Lion 10.7.4?

Anyone using PT HD 9.06 and Lion 10.7.4? Currently using 10.7.2 with no problems to speak of.

I agree - if it ain't broke, don't upgrade it! :)

However, I had to install 10.7.4 because there aren't older installers available from the Lion Recovery web-based installer - all that to say, 10.7.4 and 9.0.6 seem happy to me. Also have Waveshell 8 and 9 running concurrently.

Hope this helps!

I'm not running HD, but PT 9.06 is running fine for me on Lion 10.7.4.

Hi YYR123,

I saw you have the same computer as I do - How low of a buffer can you track a band at , and is it stable ? (and do you ever get 6101 errors while doing so)?

thanks!

I haven't tracked anybody since I got this Mac in January - mainly working on inside the box stuff for me and my wife's album

I currently have a group that I usually record for but they have been not doing anything do some other issues

I'm able to run at 128 for my buffer setting without issue this is mainly due to the new hard drives that I got and installed - before I couldn't get past 512 without issues

However with the focus right interface that I have I'm able to do latency free monitoring all my inputs -

Did you get new hard drives? Did it improve your ability to run at lower sampling rates??

I did, but didn't really notice a difference. But i do feel better having some newer drives - those older ones ran almost every day for about 5 years
