The session was created for 44.1, however I forgot to change the external clock on my preamp to 44.1 (yes, a very stupid mistake). It was at 48 through out the tracking and mixing. Now when i bounce down the tracks are slowed down about a whole step (by the ratio of 44.1 to 48). What can I do to get the tracks to bounce down at the correct speed.
-as a note through out mixing i had to face the problem of opening the sessions at 44.1 then switching the ext clock to 48 to hear them at the correct speed. I'm totally lost on how I can get these tracks to bounce down at the correct speed. I found a lot of info for if you have your session at 48 and your preamp/ext clock at 44.1 but not the other way around like my problem. thanks tyler |

Use a program like Goldwave to change the playback rate of the audio files to 48K, then hopefully you can relink the files once you go to open the session in LE.

I ended up doing some trial and error runs but this is how i did it if it helps any one.
-First I bounced the session in 24 bit, 44.1 multi mono. -created a new 48 session -switched the external clock to 44.1 -imported the audio to track -switched the external clock back to 48 -then the audio was fine and just bounced it stereo interleaved (was my first mix to show the band) |

Files at 48 but headers at 44.1? Import files into 48K session and uncheck the "Apply SRC" option. Files copied with new header and not sample-rate converted.
