An odd one. I imported to ProTools (PT_7.2_Mac) an AAF file exported from an Avid. They needed a ProTools session of the 5.1 and LT/RT stems. The regions were named A.1 A.2, etc. I wanted to rename them .L,.R,.C etc. and when I tried to do that the system repeatedly crashed when trying to rename the A.2 to .R
It also would not give me the window to rename both region and file name. Only the region. Other sessions allow me to change region and files names. Any ideas why this would occur?
