Default Antares Tube:Funny how everything turns back in recording....depth, colour, hot tubes

Hi !

Antares has released a new plug (RTAS only) for PT, Antares Tube.
http://www.antarestech.com/products/tube.html
It seems to play in the fields of "Warthm" area already in the hands of Duy, Mc DSP and Sony....Funny how everything turns back in recording....depth, colour, hot tubes
I feel those kind of plugs are going to be the new god-send golden paradise for programmers...(129 US $ in this case)
Well, one must espect this to happen in every industry but then I remembered not some long times ago that I've found pure digital sound to have a colour of its own, sometimes usefull and different and with a distinct personnality.
What do you think about it ?

If their new plugin uses the same algortihm (or lack thereof) from the mic modeler, I'll pass.

I personally can not hear any improvement to the sound in the mic modeler's warmth control other than gain. it's not even installed anymore in my system.
